Refund Policy

The platform only charges for successful outcomes:

• Failures, cancellations and system retries of the same result are never billed, so ordinary usage never pays for undelivered service.
• Overage billing is off by default and requires a monthly cap when enabled, preventing surprise spending.
• Model usage is billed by your AI provider and is outside the platform's refund scope; check the provider's own billing policy.

The trial plan (¥9.9 / $1.99, 7 days, 1 site and 20 successful articles) is not refunded separately; its fee is fully credited toward your first month when you upgrade to a paid plan within 30 days of purchase.

You may request a refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges: the same order paid twice, or a system anomaly billing the same result twice — the excess is fully refunded after verification.
• Service not delivered: a platform fault making core features (site connection, generation, publishing) continuously unavailable and unremedied throughout a billing cycle — a proportional refund is negotiated based on unavailability.

Plans are provided per calendar month. Dissatisfaction arising from usage patterns, ranking outcomes or third parties (AI providers, CMS platforms, search engines) is outside refund scope; see the Terms of Service for these boundaries.

1. Email support@yunaiseo.com with your account email, order number, payment date and the reason for the request.
2. We verify the order and task records and reply with the outcome; eligible refunds are returned via the original payment channel (Alipay / Airwallex).
3. Arrival times follow the payment channel (typically 1–10 business days).

This policy does not affect non-waivable rights you hold under applicable law; where the two conflict, the law prevails.
