Where your data goes, who touches it, how long it stays

From topic to published article, data passes through four kinds of systems:

1. Your browser → the platform: titles, templates, model choices and site configuration are submitted over HTTPS; credentials are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted.
2. The platform → AI providers: generation tasks call the model provider your own key points to (DeepSeek, Qwen and others); request content is limited to what the current task needs.
3. The platform → your CMS: publish requests pass signature and timestamp verification and are written to your own site; results and final links flow back to the platform.
4. The platform → search platforms: with your authorization, published URLs are submitted to Baidu Webmaster and Bing IndexNow.

The platform never fronts model costs or holds site permissions on your behalf: ownership of AI keys and site credentials stays with you.

• The platform (AI Publish): task scheduling, encrypted credential storage, publish execution and status tracking — the platform is the processor; you are the data controller.
• AI providers: process generation requests under their own terms; which provider handles what is decided by the keys you configure.
• Your CMS and host: published content is stored on your own site, not on platform servers.
• Payment channels: Alipay and Airwallex handle payments and refunds; the platform keeps only orders and receipts.

You will be notified in-platform when this list changes materially. Each subprocessor's terms govern its own interaction.

• While active: sites, titles, articles and task records stay in your account and are queryable at any time.
• After plan expiry: business data becomes read-only — new task submission and automatic publishing stop, but nothing is deleted immediately; renewing within 30 days restores full use.
• After the retention window: the platform cleans business data per its rules and credential ciphertexts expire together with it.
• Backups: backups roll off on the backup cycle; data subject to a deletion request is removed from backups no later than the next cleanup cycle.

• Self-service: sites, titles and article records can be deleted in-platform at any time; credential references are cleaned up along with them.
• Key deletion: deleting AI keys and site credentials takes effect immediately; historical tasks keep their configuration snapshots but contain no usable credentials.
