AI PublishMulti-site SEO Operations Platform

Policy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the platform processes, why, how it is encrypted, and what control you keep. Your AI keys and site credentials always remain yours.

What we collect

The platform collects data as required by its features:

  • Account information: the email address used for registration, sign-in, notifications and support.
  • Site connection data: domains you connect, CMS types, category mappings, language and timezone settings.
  • Your credentials: AI provider API keys, search platform credentials and CMS connection secrets — all encrypted, never echoed to interfaces or logs.
  • Business data: title inventory, task configurations and snapshots, generated article drafts, publish results and search submission records.
  • Billing data: orders, payment gateway receipts and quota usage records. The platform never stores your payment account password.

We do not request identity documents or other sensitive personal information, and we never sell your data.

How data is used

Collected data serves only the features you subscribe to:

  • Connecting your sites, reading categories and publishing the articles you approve.
  • Calling the model provider with the AI key you configured to produce task results.
  • Submitting article links to Baidu and Bing according to your settings.
  • Producing invoices, enforcing quota controls and powering task status views.

Your business data is never used to train our own models, and your article content is never shared with other users.

Encryption and access control

All credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM across five isolated key domains — AI, search, email, payment and site integration — with key-ring rotation support. See the Security Center for details.

Only authenticated accounts can access their own data; the admin console also never echoes plaintext credentials. Operations are recorded for audit purposes.

How third parties are involved

The platform relies on the following third parties, whose own terms govern the corresponding interactions:

  • AI providers: the model provider whose key you configure (for example DeepSeek or Qwen). Calls are initiated by the platform on your tasks, and model usage is billed to you directly by the provider.
  • Payment channels: Alipay and Airwallex handle payments and refunds; the platform keeps only orders and receipts.
  • Your CMS and hosting: publishing happens on your own sites; see the Security Center for the connector protocol and boundaries.
  • Search platforms: Baidu Webmaster and Bing IndexNow receive the links you authorize for submission.

Retention and deletion

After a plan expires, business data becomes read-only: new task submissions and automatic publishing stop, but nothing is deleted immediately. Renewing within 30 days restores normal use; after the retention window, business data is cleaned up per platform rules and credential ciphertexts become invalid.

You can delete your own sites, titles and article records at any time. To close an account or export data, contact support@yunaiseo.com.

Your rights and how to reach us

You may access, correct and delete your own data, withdraw authorization, or question how it is processed. We respond in accordance with your legal rights.

Contact channel: support@yunaiseo.com. Material changes to this policy will be announced in the platform.
