AI Publish provides a multi-site SEO content operations platform: site and category management, title inventory, AI article generation scheduling, CMS publishing, Baidu and Bing search submission, plus the associated quota and status management.

• The platform never promises search rankings. Rankings depend on content quality, site authority, competition and search engine policies.
• Model usage is billed directly by your AI provider and is not included in platform plans.
• CMS, hosting and search platform availability is decided by third parties; the platform records, retries and alerts.

You are responsible for your account operations and published content:

• Keep your account credentials safe; keys and connection data live in your own account, encrypted at rest.
• Confirm task scope and target categories before submission; task snapshots retain the configuration used at submission for verification.
• Ensure you hold administrative rights over connected sites and that published content complies with your industry and local regulations.

Billing rules are public before registration:

• Plans differ in active sites, monthly successful articles, AI concurrency and included advanced-feature quotas; usage beyond quotas is billed at published unit prices.
• Failures, cancellations and system retries of the same result are never charged; only successful outcomes create platform feature charges.
• Overage billing is off by default; enabling it requires setting a monthly spending cap.
• The Simplified Chinese interface prices in CNY; Traditional Chinese and English price in USD. Paid orders keep their original amounts.
• The trial plan fee can be credited toward your first month when upgrading within 30 days.

The platform serves legitimate content teams running ongoing operations. Prohibited:

• Publishing illegal, infringing or deceptive content, or producing web spam.
• Performing unauthorized operations on connected third-party sites or bypassing platform security boundaries.
• Abusive API usage beyond normal operational needs.

Violations may result in limited or terminated service for the accounts involved.

After a plan expires, business data becomes read-only: new submissions and automatic publishing stop. Renewing within 30 days preserves your data; beyond that window data is cleaned up per platform rules. Temporary unavailability caused by third-party failures or platform maintenance is communicated through in-platform service status and notifications.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance; otherwise you may stop renewing and export your data.
